ASSESSMENT / THE CLIENT

Creature Comforts Animal Hospital was in its 16th year of business when they approached CAPXURE. With its owner and head veterinarian, Dr. Sharon Gorman, sitting on veterinary board for over a decade and more than half of its 24 person staff being with employed for over 15 years it was thriving off of its book of business and stellar reputation in the community.


After a few attempts to increase revenue between 2014-2017, Creature Comforts revenue plateaued.


THE GOAL

Retirement. Dr. Gorman wanted a clearer path to sell the practice.


SOLUTION

After a deep discovery, CAPXURE we built a three-phase strategy; 1.) improving the product by amplifying consumer education and streamlining processes. 2. Growth through introducing recurring revenue and increased demand volume with compassionate creative through targeted distribution channels 3.) stress testing our maximum capacity while maintaining brand integrity for 12 month in order to expand.
